Is the service available in all 50 states of USA ? A. We offer services in continental united states including Hawaii and Puerto Rico .
How can keep my existing phone number ? A. Yes you can when you signup you can request to transfer to UIC and currently we doing this for new accounts at no charge.
I have an VOIP phone adapter from some other service provider can I use it ? A. We do not provide service thru any other adapter than what we supply due to the quality of service which is guaranteed only thru our provided adapter
Can I make International calls from my mobile phone as well ? A. Yes you can starting Nov 20th we will be introducing host of services that will be available and one of them is to call international from cell phone from anywhere in the world.
Can I travel with this service outside the USA and make calls from there ? A. Yes you can there is special agreement for that please call us and we can set up that for your account.
Can I plug a multi-handset based cordless phone in your Voice Adapter ? A. Yes you can plug a single line cordless phone any brand in to our voice adapter and use the multiple powered set up to 12 phones in a single phone line.
Is Unlimited India Calls covers any number in India or just some of them. ? A. It covers entire India each and every codes .
Can I get a paper bill and then pay online or by check ? A. Sorry to reduce cost and to not increase overhead we do not do post paid billing all services are prepaid 30 days in advance.
Does your service support Fax ? A. We do not support fax sending or receiving at this time please check again as we will soon launch our business services.
