A1. Yes it is for 30 days of unlimited usage as per the
plan.
A2. There are no other fixed charges to pay beside
your monthly plan you signed up for.
A3.
Yes you can call any Landline or Mobile number
in India.
A4. Yes you can call any time of the day 24/7 .
A5. Unlimited India Calling its parent company
have been in Telecommunication business for over 12 years serving Global
customers in Middle East , Asia , Europe and North America. Since 1996
we have been only providing service to other companies who sell to consumers on
wholesale. This is first time the wholesale services are brought
directly to consumer because of its current volume in global market
enables Unlimited India Calling to offer such a an exceptional deal to all
consumers in USA , Canada ,Europe and Australia
A6. There are USF Telecommunication Taxes on the service as of now
for USA Customers only.
A7. Services are currently available from USA ,
CANADA ,Europe and Australia in majority of the cities please see the
coverage.
A8. You can not share the services it is available
only as per plans you signed for.
A9.
You can not conduct business on these lines if
you signed up for a personal plan . If you like to use it for business
please signup for a business plan. If a caller is flagged for business
usage he or she can get there service terminated and banned lifetime from further use
of our services.
A10. It takes from maximum 3 working hours to
activate service in most cases it is instantly also. You will receive an email as soon as it is activated
along with a phone call if necessary in some instance notifying you that your service is active.
A11. We currently only accept Credit Card as a
form of payment . You have to pay by Visa, Master Card or Discover
only.
A12. There is no contract to sign the first 30 days
if you cancel then you only pay for days used divided by the monthly plan
cost . After first 30 days if you cancel then you will not be billed
further for the services from next month.
A13. This is a combination of Internet and
fiber optic connectivity making it very stable and high quality.
A14. We currently do not have any referral
incentives but visit our website often we plan to offer that soon.
A15. You can not change your authorized number
only in extreme cases we will allow you to change it but no more than 1 change
is allowed in 6 months.
A16. Billing for
services is done on AUTO CHARGE . We will bill the credit
card on file every month for
the plan. Your billing date is the same day you signed up
every month. We do not provide paper bill your credit card
statement is your bill from Unlimited India Calling.
A17. All services are billed in the
month in advance credit card that is failed and have to be
manually charged or updated will occur a $ 5.00 service fee to
cover our overheads.
A18 On all
our unlimited plans minute expiry every month when renewed except the minute
based
plans.
A19. If you
have cancelled and now you
want to restart then if
such restart is under 30
days of cancellation you
will not pay the
activation fees again
otherwise activation fee
applies as per plan.
A20. We bill USA customer in US$
Canada customers in C$ Europe customers in Euro or
GBP and Australian customers in A$ and rest of the world
in US$
A21. Currently we do not provide
services via VOIP but will be from APRIL please check with us
then.
A22. Yes we provide calling to any
country from USA ,CANADA ,EUROPE and AUSTRALIA we will
soon have global calling plans on our site.
A23. Your service can be canceled with out any cancelation
fees. The procedure to
cancel is to call us or
notify by Fax at ( see
contacts) at least 5
calendar days before renewal. Service cancelation
after that is automatically cancelled on next billing cycle
regardless of usage . This is due to automated settings in
our system.
A24. NAU ka DUS calling plan is per minute plan
available form any where in usa thru our 1000's of cities that we cover .
In $10 you get 1100 mins in this plan there are 2 types one plan is
for all mobile and one is for all Big City. In mobile plan you can
call any mobile number in India for the rate of $0.009 per minute. If you call
any other number the rate will be higher in this plan. The BIG
CITY plan you can call any of the BIG CITY land line listed in the plan
for the rate of $ 0.009 per minute in this if you call any other number you will
be charged more. There is no expiration of minutes and the plan
comes with auto renewal . So when your balance hits $2 it will add $10
credit again to your talk time so you can continue talking with out getting cut
off . There is a $2.50 service fee on each purchase and TOPUP of
credit . You can call form 2 registered numbers and once activated
you can setup SPEED DIAL to frequently called numbers. Enjoy same high
